A blended soup of sweetcorn, potatoes and cream, finished with flakes of smoked haddock and spring onions

A chilled terrine of ham hock and pigeon with beetroot, mixed leaved and Hunters style chutney

Herb crusted Somerset goats cheese with walnuts, roasted vine tomatoes and basil oil

A light tian of King prawns, Charlestown crab with guacamole and gazpacho dressing

Baked Savoury Strudel of wild mushrooms, spinach and mixed nuts with Madeira jus

A light crisp tartlet of Filo pastry, creamed leeks, herb roasted tomatoes and baked egg, topped with Hollandaise sauce
