With its spectacular views over St Austell Bay our Charlestown Banqueting Suite is the perfect choice for conferences, day meetings and seminars.

We can cater for groups of up to 160 delegates. Our friendly and experienced staff will take care of all your needs - from organisation and catering to IT facilities and audio visual equipment.
Our Charlestown Banqueting Suite has sufficient capacity to seat up to:

• 160 delegates theatre style
• 100 delegates class room style
• 60 delegates boardroom style

We are able to provide the following equipment:

• A television & video
• LCD Projector
• OHP & white screen
• Flipchart & pens
• WIFI connection to Broadband available to all delegates
• Facsimile & photocopying services are also available at competitive rates

For that extra special meeting - we can arrange a unique corporate day sailing on aTall Ship from our local Charlestown harbour. Also available is a private two masted schooner 'Josephine' which is able to accommodate up to 12 for a fantastic days' sailing or fishing with lunch and drinks taylor made to your requirements.

for example - seafood buffet, lobster, champagne.
BBQ lunch available weather permitting.

We can also arrange Golf and other sporting activities as part of your corporate package.
